TERMS OF SERVICE: ALL GOOD COVERS

OVERVIEW

Welcome to All Good Covers! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to All Good Covers. All Good Covers operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1 - BUSINESS IDENTITY AND ACCESS

All Good Covers is a United States-based company, incorporated in Texas, with our primary distribution hub and fulfillment warehouse located in Georgia.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products.

  • Aesthetics: Colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be exactly as rendered.

  • Fitment and Tailoring: Our covers are specifically tailored to fit EZ-GO and Club Car (2, 4, and 6-passenger) models. While we offer universal fits for other brands (Greyson, Bintelli, Icon, etc.) based on roof dimensions (82" L x 48" W), it is the customer’s responsibility to verify measurements before purchase.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

  • Personal Use: You warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices, discounts (such as our multi-cover savings), and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DOMESTIC DELIVERY

We process and ship all orders from our Georgia warehouse within 24 hours.

  • Estimates: Contiguous U.S. delivery is typically 1–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 7 business days.

  • Liability: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all custom patterns, artistic designs, text, images, and branding, are owned by All Good Covers. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND 5-YEAR WARRANTY

  • Returns: We offer a full refund to your original payment method for items returned in new condition within a 30-day window. For returns requested after the 30-day period, we provide store credit only.

  • 5-Year Warranty: We offer a comprehensive 5-year manufacturer warranty against material and craftsmanship defects.

  • Maintenance Warning: Our covers feature a specialized 5000mm PU coating. Machine washing is not recommended. Damage caused by high-heat or high-spin cycles is not covered under warranty or eligible for return.

SECTION 8 - FEEDBACK AND SOCIAL MEDIA

If you submit or post reviews, photos, or ideas ("Feedback") on platforms like Reddit, Facebook, or Instagram, you grant All Good Covers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute such Feedback for marketing purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any Feedback you make.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All Good Covers is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and All Good Covers, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code/viruses. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation of these prohibited uses.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL ALL GOOD COVERS, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR USE IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.

SECTION 12 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Good Covers and Shopify from any claims or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of a third party.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, where All Good Covers is headquartered, and the State of Georgia, where our distribution is centered.
