Returns and Refunds Policy 

 

30-Day Return & Fit Guarantee

At All Good Covers, we guarantee that your product will arrive in new condition and be free of defects.

  • Standard In-Stock Fit: Our 4-passenger covers are tailored to fit EZ-GO, Club Car, and any 4-passenger cart with a roof length under 82"L x 48"W.

  • Custom Sizes: We offer made-to-order covers for 2-passenger and 6-passenger models, as well as 4-passenger carts that exceed our standard universal dimensions.

  • Fitment Support: If you are unsure about which size to order, please Contact Us with your cart's brand and roof dimensions before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

  • The 30-Day Limit: Issues related to fitment or "change of mind" must be addressed within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

  • Clean Vehicle Requirement: The cover must be clean and free of debris, including grease stains or pet hair. Please ensure your golf cart is clean before trying on your cover.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please Contact Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. RMA Expiration: Returned items must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of receiving your RMA number. Returns received beyond this period may be denied.

  2. Shipping Responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept CODs or freight-collect packages.

  3. Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items not in "new, salable condition" (soiled or used) will be rejected for a refund.


Refunds, Credits & Restocking Fees

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds within 30 days are credited to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Store Credit: Any return requested or received beyond the 30-day window is at our sole discretion and will be issued as Store Credit only.

  • Restocking Fees: To cover non-refundable credit card processing fees and warehouse labor:

    • In-Stock Items: Subject to a 10% processing fee and a 15% restocking fee.

    • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Subject to a 10% processing fee and a 35% restocking fee.

  • Promotional Items: If your order included a "free" or reduced-price product, that item must also be returned in new condition. If not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.


Order Cancellations

We ship most orders from our Georgia warehouse within 24 hours.

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order, please Contact Us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it at no charge.

  • After Shipping: If the order is already in transit, it cannot be re-routed. You must receive the item and follow the standard return process (including applicable restocking fees).


Manufacturing & Transit Times

We only currently have 4-passenger golf cart covers in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. For our custom, "Made-to-Order" patterns and sizes:

  • Production: Please allow 2–3 weeks manufacturing time.

  • Transit: Delivery times vary between 1–4 weeks depending on your selected shipping method (Air or Sea).

  • Chargeback Policy: Delays in manufacturing or shipping transit times do not constitute valid grounds for a credit card chargeback. We are committed to maintaining transparent communication via email regarding any unforeseen logistical delays and will work with you to ensure your cover arrives safely.


Warranty & 3rd Party Sellers

  • 5-Year Warranty: After the 30-day return window, all claims fall under our 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty for craftsmanship defects.

  • Authorized Sales: This warranty and return policy apply only to direct purchases from All Good Covers. Products purchased from unauthorized 3rd-party sellers are not covered.
