Warranty Overview

At All Good Covers, we stand behind the industrial-grade quality and engineering of our products. All covers are guaranteed to be free of material and craftsmanship defects at the time of manufacturing.

This is a 5-year limited, pro-rated warranty that commences on the original date of purchase. Coverage is eligible for one repair or replacement per purchased item (no sizing changes permitted). This warranty is non-transferable and applies to purchases made and shipped within the continental USA and Canada.

Terms of Coverage

To maintain warranty eligibility, the product must be properly installed, secured, and utilized for its intended purpose.

• Installation: Care must be taken not to snag the cover on sharp objects. We strongly recommend padding all sharp corners or accessories on your golf cart before covering to prevent tension tears.
• Securement: You must utilize the provided dual-strap under-cart securement systems to prevent wind damage and shifting.
• Modifications: This warranty is voided if the cover is modified in any way by the purchaser (e.g., cutting holes, DIY sewing, or unauthorized patches).

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Acts of Nature: Damage resulting from extreme weather, lightning, or high-velocity winds.
• Physical Abuse: Tears from sharp objects, friction tears from unpadded edges, or damage caused by animals, rodents, or insects.
• Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by cleaning with harsh industrial chemicals or high-heat/high-spin washing machines.
• Environmental/Wear: Normal weather soiling or stains resulting from environmental pollution.
• Unauthorized Sales: Products purchased from unauthorized 3rd-party sellers, "closeout" items, or items sold "as is."
• Transit Damage: Damage resulting from trailering at high speeds, in high winds, or with an improperly secured cover.

Pro-Rated Schedule

Products approved for a warranty claim will receive a credit toward the replacement of the same item. This credit is calculated based on a proration schedule using the original purchase price and applied against the current retail price of the replacement product.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the product at the sole discretion of All Good Covers. In no event shall the seller or manufacturer be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special consequential damages to property or life arising out of the use or misuse of our products.

Claim Requirements:
To process your claim, you must provide:

1. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or invoice.
2. Product Details: Part number and a brief description.
3. Visual Evidence: Detailed photographs of the damage and a photograph of the product tag.

Shipping & Handling

Please do not send packages to our facility without prior authorization and a valid RMA number.

• All Good Covers cannot accept freight-collect or COD shipments. All unauthorized packages will be refused.
• For approved warranty claims, All Good Covers will cover the inbound freight charges for the return.
• The customer is responsible for outbound freight charges for the replacement or repaired product.
